Payment & Delivery

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This contains the items you have ordered and the total amount of all costs, including shipping costs.

You can pay in the following ways:

• Bank transfer in the name of :

All orders are delivered after full payment has been made.

If you pay by bank transfer, this payment must be credited to the bank number of PT Bina Sarana Retail Indonesia within 7 days after the order date.

We reserves the items you ordered during these 7 days. If We has not received payment within this period, the items will be put back on sale and the order will be cancelled.

• Midtrans Manual (Virtual Account / QRIS/ Secure Payment Link)

  Please complete your payment via Midtrans after placing the order.
  
  1. Choose payment type
  After you submit the order, please tell us your preferred payment method via WhatsApp/email:
  - Virtual Account (VA) – BCA / BNI / BRI / Mandiri / others
  - QRIS – scan QR from any supported app
  - Payment link – pay by card / e-wallet (GoPay, ShopeePay, etc. if available in your Midtrans account)
  
  2. We send VA / QRIS / payment link
  We will create a Midtrans payment and send you:
  - A Virtual Account number or
  - A QRIS code or
  - A secure payment link
  via WhatsApp/email within [1 hours].
  
  3. Complete the payment
  - Pay the exact amount shown in the Midtrans page.
  - Follow the instructions in your banking app / e-wallet.
  - Make sure you pay before the expiry time shown by Midtrans.
  
  4. Confirmation & processing
  After we receive confirmation from Midtrans, we will:
  - Mark your order as Paid in our system, and
  - Start processing/shipping your order.
  
  If you don’t receive a VA/QRIS/payment link within [X hours], please contact us at:

Delivery

The products we offer on our website can usually be delivered within 3 working days after receipt of payment. If the delivery of products will take longer than 5 working days, we will contact you.

For shipments we use the services of JNE , Sicepat , JNT

* order on time, we cannot guarantee the delivery day.

Shipping during the weekend and on public holidays

We do not ship orders during the weekend and on public holidays. We will ship your order the next working day.
